Upgrade Prompt ruins otherwise good user experience

The program does what it is supposed to do and quite well. So why am I unhappy?

The upgrade prompt is a terrible intrusion. It requires that I interrupt what I am doing to say “no.” Its hard to ignore as the prompt drops down from the menu bar covering whatever else I may be working on. The prompt occurs every 20 min or so.

If they dont want me to use the free version after a while, they should set it up as a limited trial. And to make matters worse, it is expensive. I would never have chosen it if I knew it was going to be so intrusive and so pricy.
